Did you know that Gargellen is an Alpine spa resort? Our attractive mountain village with its 120 inhabitants enjoys an altitude of 1,423 metres above sea level, and is the highest place in the Montafon valley. This means it has the most reliable snow conditions right down into the valley floor, as well as a diverse selection of ski routes and walking tracks. You can settle your hotel bill either up to 20.00 on your final evening, or after 09.00 on the morning of departure. We accept cash, EC cards, VISA and Mastercard.

As guests in the Sporthotel Bachmann, the daily activities offered by the “BergePLUS” guest card are all available free of charge: for families, sport fans and anyone interested in culture. Since places are limited we recommend booking early. Read here about the varied programme.

The best prices can always be found by booking directly from our website. If your choice of dates is not available, simply contact us by phone or email – we can nearly always find a suitable solution. We look forward to seeing you!

Your room will be ready from 14.30, often even earlier – we always try our best. Check out is at 10.30. Depending on room availability, a late check out may be possible for a supplementary charge. You can decide on the spur of the moment the day before you leave by asking reception whether your room will be available.

We are “dog friendly”! So your furry friends can also spend their holidays here – although they are not allowed in the restaurant or SPA and wellness areas. Man’s best friends are very welcome on the sun terrace and in the lobby. Package price for dogs EUR 15.- per day (without food).

Oh yes, we love children! That’s why we offer everything from child reductions to cots, family rooms to ball pools – everything to make life happy for young and old alike.  Youngsters can amuse themselves with billiards, table tennis or darts. Child-friendly footpaths start right outside the hotel and the children’s ski school is just around the corner.

Good food is extremely important to us. Our food is straightforward, innovative and traditional. With all our cuisine – our hearty buffet breakfast, 6-course dinner, barbecue evening, children’s menu and vegetarian choices – we serve up love and hospitality on a plate. We offer guests free open-air car parking and two 11 KW electric charging stations are available for the duration of their stay.

For the convenience of our guests, ski passes may be purchased from the hotel reception or we can print out online passes. By the way, children under 6 years of age ski for free.

The bottom station of the Gargellen lift system is just a few minutes’ walk away (600 metres). And because the Gargellen ski area has artificial snow-making facilities from December to April, you can ski back to the hotel, pretty much to the door, and straight into the heated ski depot. Guests wishing to explore other Montafon ski areas can get there by public bus.

Skiing is much more fun with expert advice and top-notch equipment: in the PME Sport Shop you will find not only suitable skis but also all the equipment you need to ensure a perfect day on the slopes.

Our heated indoor pool, boasting a pleasant water temperature of 29 °C, is open daily from 9.00 to 19.00. Warmth and relaxation in the sauna complex is available from 15.00 to 19.00. You will find fluffy bath robes in your room, and hotel slippers are available from reception for a small covering charge.

We offer 35 welcoming and lovingly furnished rooms and suites – this translates as 80 soft cuddly beds where you can dream and sleep as long as you like. Whether you’re here as a family, a couple, with sports friends or simply enjoying your own company, you can be sure of a perfect home from home.
